When not in use, store your Anoushka Van Rijn jewellery in a soft lined box or a pouch. Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.
Keep plated jewellery pieces dry and don't wear your jewellery whilst swimming or cleaning. Always put your jewellery on last when getting ready to avoid contact with chemicals found in perfume etc.
For plated jewellery, please note that due to the delicate nature of gold/silver plating, other metals and the frequency of wear, plating rubbing off or tarnishing is a natural part of wear and tear and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Production and shipping
All pieces are either one-off, bespoke, or commissioned. Current production time is up to 7 days depending on the item and shipping time will be required on top of that. Please get in touch at email@example.com if you need some jewellery quickly to see if this might be possible.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Anoushka Van Rijn Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order was damaged when you received it, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Please note international shipping prices are not inclusive to any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your package’s entry into your country. Check your governments website for more info.
Please note, for the Christmas period the workroom will be closed from December 24th until January 14th. Orders placed after December 18th will not be shipped until the 21st of January.
Return and Repair policy
As most pieces are one-off designs, bespoke, or commissions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or there is a legitimate problem with it. We want your jewels to stay looking their best. We are happy to restore or replace components either for free or for a small fee, depending on the age of your item in each case. Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Returns to be completed within 30 days.
anoushkavanrijn.com cannot be held responsible for defects due to:
Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness, aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear and aging.
We want you to adore your jewellery so we have made every effort to describe the pieces with as much detail as possible. Ensuring you choose the best item to suit your style. A non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design process. Anoushka Van Rijn LTD will only order the item/s when the deposit amount has been received (usually 50% of the agreed purchase price). The goods will be passed to you once the purchase price has been paid in full.
All custom orders take 2-4 weeks to be ready, however this timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the commission.
Where any work undertaken by us relates to heirloom jewellery or other stones or jewellery not sourced by us, we will take all due care but do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to such stones or jewellery while being repaired/incorporated into the jewellery or otherwise in our possession.
Anoushka Van Rijn LTD retains the rights to all designs created for all custom designed pieces including use of images for marketing purposes. You agree not to reproduce, in whole or part, any of our designs or engage another person to use or reproduce our designs.
In the event your jewellery is damaged following delivery by you or another person, due to a failure to appropriately care for your jewellery or as a result of any reason not directly related to our workmanship you will be responsible for the cost of any repair needed.
Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only. We do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or details relating to that product. Due to the handmade nature of the jewellery including natural materials and vintage pieces, unique imperfections can occur in some designs. We believe this contributes to the beauty and the story of the products.
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it. Please select carefully before making an order.
All personal information collected through this site is gathered for the use of www.anoushkavanrijn.co.nz only. Any information collected will only be used to process and complete your order. We will not distribute your information to any third parties that are not directly involved with the processing of your order. (Please note that addresses will be given to courier companies so that delivery can be made of your purchase).

By paying, booking or accepting a reading or service from Anoushka, you agree that the messages passed on to you are not a substitute for advice and treatment from any medical, financial, business, psychological, legal or other professional. Any information regarding a professional matter is for general information purposes only and advice should be sort from a qualified professional.
You understand that Anoushka provides no warranties or guarantees regarding the messages passed on by her and that she cannot be held responsible or liable for any actions, decisions, emotions or interpretations you take as a result of your reading or service.
All readings and services are private and confidential. This privacy and confidentiality can only be broken when there is permission from the customer to do so, in legal matters in which Anoushka is required by law to share information or when a financial institution such as Paypal requires evidence of services given by Anoushka.
In accordance with New Zealand law, we must state that readings and services provided by Anoushka are for entertainment purposes and are provided on an opinion basis only.
Psychic ethics vary from reader to reader and are usually bestowed upon the reader by their spirit guides or the Source. My psychic ethics have been outlined by my guides, and I must follow these ethics to maintain my gift in its current form. When booking a reading please keep these ethics in mind as I will not perform a reading that infringes on these ethics.
1. I will not predict death.
This includes end-of-life death dates, miscarriages, abortions, stillbirths, your own death, someone else's death or the death of an animal or other living being.
2. I will not predict lottery numbers or other gaming wins.
Predicting lottery numbers or say, a win at the races, takes money away from the person it is meant for. Predicting winning numbers etc unbalances the karmic wheel and in turn, creates a change in the life path of many people.
3. I cannot look into sexual abuse
This is due to the effect that these types of questions have on me. If you suspect that a family member has been sexually abused please contact your GP immediately for advice and support.
4. I will not tell you another reader is wrong.
Psychic and mediumship work is done through interpretation. If you think another reader has gotten a reading wrong you will need to go back to them as it would be beneficial to them to know that they may have interpreted the messages they have gotten wrong. Working in the light requires the support of my fellow readers.
5. I cannot harm anyone with my readings.
I do not work with spell casting, curses or black magic practices as they cause an imbalance in the karmic wheel. I will not give you information on another person if I feel it will harm them or you. For this reason, I also can't predict serious illnesses or accidents.
6. I cannot bully you into spending money with me
This is something that isn't only unethical, but also highly uncomfortable. I will never tell you that you 'must' book a service or buy an item otherwise something bad will happen to you. Only recommendations will be given.
7. Your reading will remain confidential
Details of your reading, service or other purchase will never be disclosed to a third party unless I am required by law to do so or if a financial institution requires proof of services I have given when that service is in dispute. All services and readings remain confidential unless you state otherwise.
8. I will only perform honest and truthful readings
This is important to remember if you are wanting a particular answer to a question. I will not lie, deceive or give you information that I believe to be incorrect in a reading. The only time this rule becomes invalid is if it infringes on the other ethics. In this case, the situation is simply not mentioned.
